词汇辅导讲解

1. hear from = receive a letter from
 I look forward to hear from you.
 I heard from her last month.
注意：后面只能接表示人的名词和代词，不可接letter 做宾语。
hear of/ about  to be told about sth. / sb.
She disappeared and never to be heard again.

2. be dying to do / for sth.
She is dying to go abroad
I am dying for a glass of water.
be thirsty of sth; desire to do sth; have a strong desire for sth; long to do/ for sth.

3. picture    N-V
The artist pictured her as a Spanish dancer.
